Data controller
Lucas Lopvet is the data controller for the processing described below. You can reach him at the contact address above.
Server logs
Like any web server, the server hosting this site records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, requested address, response status and browser identifier. An IP address is personal data. It is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)), to keep the site secure and available.
Server logs are kept for 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
If you write to me, I use your address and your message only to reply to you. Emails are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange.
Recipients and hosting
I am the only person with access to this data. Server logs are stored by the hosting provider named above (OVH SAS, in France). Emails are received in a Gmail mailbox, so they are processed by Google on my behalf.
No cookies, no tracking
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party resources. If you choose a theme or a language, that choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to the server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
