About
From health to engineering to software.
I started with a first year of medical studies (PACES), then spent two years in preparatory classes in mathematics and computer science before joining the ISIFC–ISIS double engineering degree in medical devices and digital health.
My internships covered quality and software validation, a VBA application for a university hospital, and a biomedical equipment issue reporting application developed on site at a district hospital in Rwanda.
Today I work where the two meet: I write software for healthcare settings (equipment maintenance, patient-monitoring prototypes, health data exchange with HL7 and FHIR) and bring to it the habits of regulated work: written requirements, traceability and testing before delivery.
I use AI coding assistants openly: each project states what I did myself and what was written with Claude Code. I am looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship from February 2027, in Europe or North America.
